The current service
You can submit a story, review and edit generated lyrics, request music, listen to returned versions, and share a gift link. The hosted free preview includes one song generation per IP address and up to three lyric drafts before creating the song, in addition to site-wide daily limits, provider availability, and technical constraints. This allowance does not reset daily; shared networks share it. Confirmed failed generations restore the relevant allowance. A request can return more than one audio version, but uses one generation trial. There is no paid checkout or automatic subscription in this preview. Future paid plans, if introduced, will need separate pricing and purchase information before you choose to pay. Do not use the service if you cannot accept these conditions.
Your story and permitted use
Use the service lawfully and respectfully. Submit only text and personal details you have the right to use and share. Do not submit copied song lyrics, confidential records, or content that violates privacy, intellectual property, or other rights. Do not use the service for harassment, deception, impersonation, hate, exploitation, or unlawful activity. Do not ask for an identifiable artist’s voice or falsely imply an artist, recipient, or brand endorses a song. The current service does not provide voice cloning.
Review before you share
AI outputs can contain mistakes, awkward wording, unexpected pronunciation, factual inventions, or material you did not intend. You are responsible for reviewing the lyrics and final audio before downloading, gifting, publishing, or relying on them. Reviewing the text does not guarantee the final vocal performance will be identical. No particular emotional response, musical quality, delivery time, uniqueness, or commercial result is guaranteed.
Inputs, output rights, and commercial use
You retain whatever rights you already have in material you submit. You authorize DearChorus and its music provider to process that material as needed to deliver and store your requested creation. This does not transfer someone else’s rights to you. Output use is subject to the applicable Mureka API terms and third-party rights. A generated song is not a promise of copyright protection, exclusive ownership, or clearance for every use. Before commercial release, streaming distribution, resale, or advertising, verify the applicable provider authorization and any permissions needed for the lyrics, names, or other material. We do not grant a blanket license to third-party works.
Demos and site materials
Homepage demo stories are fictional, and their songs use original demonstration lyrics with AI-generated music and vocals. The emotional scene is an AI-generated illustration, not a customer testimonial. These examples show a possible experience, not a quality guarantee. Public availability of a demo, image, design, or site text is not a general permission to repackage or sell it. Ask through our contact page about reuse.
Limits, access, and security
Do not bypass limits, automate abusive requests, attempt unauthorized access, expose service credentials, or interfere with the site or its providers. We may restrict requests to protect reliability, safety, and costs. A gift link is accessible to anyone who holds it; you are responsible for choosing who receives it. This preview has no user account or guaranteed recovery process. Read the Privacy Policy before submitting personal details.
Availability and saving your work
The service and external providers may be unavailable or changed. A failed task may require a retry; local allowance refunds do not guarantee a provider refund. Save the lyrics and audio you want to keep. Returned personal-song audio URLs currently have a documented 30-day validity, and the preview does not promise permanent hosting, backups, or storage. Homepage demo files are separately hosted site assets.
Responsibility and updates
The preview is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant uninterrupted operation or error-free outputs. Nothing here excludes rights, remedies, duties, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. No governing jurisdiction, arbitration requirement, or registered operator identity is asserted where it has not been confirmed.
