Song or technical help
Include what you were trying to do, the error you saw, approximately when it happened, and the browser or device involved. If helpful, include the song page URL. Gift links allow access to the song, so send one only if you want us to inspect that work. Never send an API key, password, payment card, or unnecessarily sensitive story details. A screenshot with personal information removed can help explain the issue.
Privacy, access, or deletion requests
Use a subject such as “Privacy request — DearChorus” and describe the data or song involved. We may need enough context to verify your relationship to the work before making changes. Clearing your browser draft does not remove server or music-provider records. The current preview has no self-service deletion or gift-link revocation button. See the Privacy Policy for the current storage and provider details.
Copyright or other rights concerns
Use a subject such as “Rights concern — DearChorus.” Identify the affected work, the relevant page URL, your relationship to the rights holder, the specific concern, and the action you are requesting. Provide enough information to assess the issue without sending confidential documents unnecessarily. Sending a message does not automatically establish ownership or require a particular outcome.
Ideas and feedback
Tell us what felt clear, what felt confusing, or what would make the song more meaningful. If you suggest a partnership, say who you represent. We cannot promise to act on every suggestion. Email correspondence is handled by the relevant email services and may be retained to respond, investigate, and keep an operational record; do not treat email as a secure channel for confidential information.
